     Your day to day task * Meeting and greeting all event organizers before and after each event and make sure their entire requirement is up to their satisfaction.  * Attends to inquiries and reservation made by email, telephone or in person for weddings. banquet and Conference.  * Send proposals within 2 hours from receipt of enquiry.  * Send and receive contract with accurate payment.  * Send banquet event orders accurately. * Checking all Banquet events set-up before arrivals to ensure set-up is as per guest requirement.  * Maintain inquiry sheet up to date with booking either enquiry, tentative or confirmed.  * Liaise with head chef for menu requirement and menu changes. * To be able to generate daily report. Daily revenue, daily pick up report, daily events board.           What we need from you Profound knowledge of Banquet sales. Meet wedding couples and execute the couples vision. Be able to attend guest inquiries.
