Sweet Treets Bakery is a woman-owned, Austin-based bakery known for creating custom, artful wedding cakes, specialty cakes, and desserts that bring joy to every occasion. With more than 15 years of delighting the community, we pride ourselves on artistry, exceptional service, and the happiness we deliver with every “treet.”
We are looking for a Wedding Cake Consultant to serve as the primary point of contact for wedding and specialty cake clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on details, loves weddings and celebrations, and is excited to help clients design something unforgettable for their big day.

• Guide clients through the wedding cake/dessert selection process: tastings, design, flavors, serving sizes, presentation, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Manage daily correspondence with current and prospective clients via email, phone, and in-person consultations.
• Draft proposals, collect deposits and payments, confirm appointments, and maintain client profiles.
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries within 24–48 hours.
• Collaborate with bakers and decorators to ensure event details are correct and timelines are met.
• Review orders prior to events to confirm accuracy and catch any mistakes.
• Maintain knowledge of Austin-area venues and industry trends.
• Foster strong relationships with industry professionals and attend select networking events, open houses, or trade shows as assigned.
• Support the front-of-house team with phone coverage and client service as needed.
