The Weekend Attendant is responsible for monitoring the property during weekend hours to ensure a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. This role involves providing customer service support, reporting any incidents or emergencies, performing light cleaning and restocking supplies in common areas, and ensuring community rules and procedures are followed. Key Responsibilities: Monitor the property during assigned weekend hours to ensure a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Provide customer service support by assisting residents, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Observe and report any unusual activity, incidents, or emergencies, and contact management or emergency services when required. Perform light cleaning duties in common areas as needed and ensure supplies are properly restocked. Enforce community rules and regulations to maintain order and safety. Conduct basic walkthroughs of the property and common areas, identifying and reporting maintenance or safety issues. Assist with opening, closing, or monitoring common areas when applicable. Maintain simple activity or incident reports as required.s. Requirements JOB SPECS: Daytime and Evening shifts available Weekends required Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or recreational role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
