REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a fast paced restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately when required.
  • Excellent time management skills to effectively manage multiple tables during peak hours.
  • A friendly demeanour with outstanding guest service skills to create memorable experiences.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn about menu items and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
  • Must have an outgoing personality and great communication skills to preform well in a customer facing role.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare a variety of coffee based drinks, teas and speciality beverages with speed, consistency upholding our brand standards.
  • Ensure a friendly and efficient customer experience during peak service.
  • Provide excellent knowledge of both food and drink, and provide recommendations when required.
  • Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk syrups and other supplies, informing the management team when levels are low.
