We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and ensuring that all patrons receive exceptional service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
  • A passion for providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
  • Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service skills.
