Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments while maintaining safety and accuracy. You’ll also oversee Medication Aides/Techs in their duties and ensure all medication orders are transcribed and implemented accurately. Communication is Key: Keep everyone on the same page – communicate effectively with physicians, family members, and the healthcare team. Notify physicians of automatic stop orders, address adverse reactions, and maintain accurate narcotic records. Documentation & Compliance: You’ll be responsible for documenting all care provided, resident status updates, and medication administration in compliance with clinical guidelines, state and federal regulations. Emergency Assistance: Be ready to step in during emergencies – whether it’s assisting with CPR or collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure prompt and effective care. Consultation & Discharge Support: Assist with consultations, follow up on recommendations, and participate in the discharge process. You’ll also handle clinical admission paperwork for new residents. What We’re Looking For: LPN License in Idaho. Compassionate Heart: You genuinely care for residents, treating them with respect and empathy.
