We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef or Line cook to manage breakfast service in the Kitchen at Colessio during the weekend service. Working 2 days per week.
Hotel Colessio is a boutique hotel with 39 rooms, accommodating up to 80 residents.

As breakfast chef you will be responsible for:

  • Opening the kitchen
  • Preparing for service
  • Advising on specials and shortages
  • Communicating with the front of house service team
  • Receiving orders and organising the service board
  • Delivering various options on hot and cold breakfast dishes to order in good time
  • Delighting our guests by delivering high quality, attractive breakfast dishes
  • Clearing down after service
  • Preparing for the following days service
  • Overseeing afternoon tea and lunch service (Thursday-Sunday)
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are met at all times
