Location: Cranford Café, Knutsford, Cheshire
Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Type: Part-Time (with potential for additional hours)

We’re seeking a passionate and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our weekend team and help us continue delivering exceptional dining experiences to our community.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a breakfast chef or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Food Safety and Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher) is preferred.
• Flexibility to cover additional shifts if required.

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring timely service during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Manage stock levels for breakfast service, placing orders as needed to ensure freshness and availability.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing new menu items and specials that align with our café’s style and customer preferences.
