WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Good communication with a hint of customer service skills.
  • Have some understanding of cleaning equipment and solutions.
  • Be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Have a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Able to climb a 5ft step ladder.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Able to use cleaning chemical products.
  • Agree to clean light biohazard waste.
  • Ability to use a smartphone.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
  • Cleaning lobby area, stairways, hallways, and windows.
  • Vacuuming all carpeted areas.
  • Mopping all tiled floor areas and entrances.
  • Cleaning washrooms, gym area, and amenity rooms.
  • Looking after exterior walk-through and required litter pick-up
