Job Description As a Home Instead Care Assistant, you will be matched with a small group of regular clients in your local area, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide high-quality care. Unlike many care providers, our visits are a minimum of 1 hour, meaning you have time to provide genuine support and companionship. Your duties may include: • Providing companionship and conversation • Helping clients with morning and evening routines • Supporting with personal care such as dressing or showering • Prompting medication • Preparing simple meals • Light household tasks • Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping or social activities Pay & Benefits • £14.00 – £15.00 per hour • Paid mileage, travel and waiting time • Flexible working hours available • Industry-leading training and Care Certification • Career progression opportunities • Full PPE provided • Employee benefits scheme • Supportive and friendly local office team Qualifications What we’re looking for • A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle • Availability to work mornings, evenings and alternate weekends • A caring, patient and reliable nature • A willingness to support clients in Warminster and surrounding areas Experience in care is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
