Job Description We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Rochester as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home. You don’t even require experience as we will support you with all the training you’ll need!!! ***Full driving licence with access to a vehicle essential in order to support our clients to the fullest and must be available to work alternate weekends ** However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others. Care visits of one hour or more for you to care without feeling rushed; Hourly rate between £13 to £14 Mileage allowance/40p per mile Pension Scheme; Paid annual leave; Well-being Benefit Scheme; Award Winning Training; Opportunities for career development; Kind, supportive and welcoming office team who will regularly show their appreciation for your hard work. Qualifications No formal qualifications are required for this role. The only qualifications you will need are a smile, a kind, caring nature and a willingness to help people in your local community. Day to day Care Professional responsibilities can include: · Assisting with personal care, helping your client wash and dress. · Meal preparation and light house work · Accompanying your client to appointments · Companionship Additional Information In order to be considered for this position, you must truly care and really want to make a difference to each and everyone of our clients lives!
