Preparing nutritious meals and snacks. Picking up prescriptions, grocery shopping, and other errands. Perform modest housekeeping, such as laundry or ironing. Make medication reminders available. Assist clients in getting in and out of bed each morning and night. Running a shower or bath and staying nearby in case they require assistance.
