• Supervise and lead a cleaning team to ensure high standards of cleanliness across office, lobby, and industrial areas.
• Create and manage cleaning rotas and coordinate leave with GSM to ensure full operational coverage.
• Support team through training, inductions, and regular huddles that reflect Sodexo’s values.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all cleaning equipment is in safe working order.
• Monitor and audit cleaning standards through safety walks, SOP checks, and Level 1 Sodexo audits.
• Liaise with staff, clients, and delivery teams ensuring high customer service standards.
• Lead quality control initiatives, ensuring GMP compliance, and support site audits.
• Manage health and safety protocols, COSHH compliance, and timely incident reporting.
• Support or lead investigations related to cleaning quality or complaints.
