As an Attendant, you're a key part of making that happen. You'll be the friendly face our residents see, the helpful voice on the phone, and an essential support to our management team in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Your commitment to excellent customer service and a positive attitude makes all the difference. Your Key Responsibilities As a Community Attendant, your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: Greeting Residents: You'll welcome residents with a warm and friendly greeting, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Answering Calls: Professionally answer all incoming phone calls, providing assistance or directing inquiries as needed. Maintaining the Office: Keep the attendant office environment clean, tidy, and organized at all times. Daily Cleaning: Perform assigned daily cleaning duties to uphold the facility's high standards. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing documents, performing data entry, and managing access control systems. Restroom Tidiness: Ensure facility restrooms are consistently tidy and well-stocked. Rental Space Cleanliness: Ensure all rental spaces are clean and presentable for resident use. Restock any supplies as needed. Supply Management: Monitor and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked, letting management know if more stock is needed. Resident Check-in: Check in residents and verify they have the proper access credentials. Outdoor Presence: Be comfortable spending time outdoors to ensure residents are adequately served and comfortable in various areas of the facility. Pool Rule Enforcement: Conduct daily walks around the facility to ensure residents are following all pool rules. Event Assistance: Provide support and assistance with community events as assigned. Physical Requirements: Be able to safely lift up to 25 lbs. when required for various tasks. Other Duties: Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management team to support overall operations. Requirements Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or facilities support is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and administrative skills (email, scheduling, data entry) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
