We're looking for a proactive Concierge to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. Location: London, E1 Annual Salary: £18,018 (£15.75 p/h) Hours/Working Pattern: Saturday & Sunday, 7am-7pm What You'll Be Doing: Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests. Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed. Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety. Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up. Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable. Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing. Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience. What You'll Bring: Valid & in date SIA License is a requirement for this role. Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential. A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
