Description High Plains Crossing, Greeley’s premiere memory care senior living community, is seeking a friendly and courteous concierge for our front desk. You will be responsible for answering the phones, greeting visitors and residents and admitting them to the living area, and ensuring their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person. This is a part-time position, working 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Benefits: 48 hours of paid sick leave Accident and short-term disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Sunny Day emergency savings account with employer match Duties and Responsibilities: Greets all visitors entering the facility in a courteous, warm, and professional manner Promotes positive image of the community and serves as an ambassador to all visitors Receives all incoming phone calls and directs to the proper resident or staff Receives all mail for the community and residents; sorts and delivers to the appropriate mail location Routinely perform basic typing, filing, and clerical work as requested. Maintains community resident’s rosters and other community information Qualifications: Customer service experience preferred Basic computer skills, preferably with Microsoft windows Excellent verbal and written communication skills Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 an hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
The Weekend Concierge greets visitors, answers phones, and directs inquiries to the appropriate staff. They also manage mail delivery and perform basic clerical tasks.
