OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Culinary Associate. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in food preparation and cooking, who is eager to contribute to a vibrant kitchen environment. The Culinary Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring that meals are prepared safely and efficiently, adhering to high standards of food quality and presentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a care home setting.
  • catering for specialist diets within the Care home. ( diabetic , soft diets, Puree)
  • Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in meal preparation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • A passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.
  • Previous experience in serving or front-of-house roles is an advantage but not essential. If you are enthusiastic about food and eager to develop your culinary skills in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
