JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Weekend Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This role will involve providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and processing bookings on weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £26,000.00 per year
