We are seeking a Dispatcher on the weekends (10 Hours days) Friday / Saturday / Sunday with the ability to pick up evening calls a couple days a week or as needed. The position is full-time with benefits, but additional non-weekend hours are flexible.
This position will support the Oilfield Services division of Innospec Inc.
Location: The Woodlands, TX
After completion of training, the position can be remote.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Schedules shipments to ensure delivery by promised deadlines.
· Receives orders and assigns shipments to appropriate carriers.
· Assists Field Personnel with order status inquiries and special customer needs.
· Resolves delivery problems.
· Analyzes procedures; recommends updates and improvements to logistics director.
· Performs other Logistics related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Proficiency with ERP Systems. Dynamics 365 a plus.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· CFR 49 CERTIFIED a MUST
· Three to five years of experience in BULK HazMat shipping required.
· ISOTANK shipping experience a plus.
· Truck dispatching specifically in the oil and gas industry a PLUS
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
