POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking dependable and friendly individuals to join our team as Weekend Facilities & Dining Support Associates. This is a part-time, hourly position (Friday–Sunday, approx. 25–30 hours per week). The role is focused on supporting weekend operations, ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth and positive experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Reliable and dependable, with consistent attendance
• Friendly and customer-service oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from Charlton, MA
• Prior hospitality, housekeeping, or facilities experience a plus (not required)
• Sense of humor and love of Nature!

  Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week

• Dishwashing and light housekeeping
• Setting up and breaking down meeting spaces
• Assisting with dining room setup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Providing excellent customer service and support for guests
• Supporting general facilities operations as needed
