Shift - Friday 5:00pm - Monday 9:00am (alternate weekends) ⭐️ As a Weekend Care Supervisor, you’ll: Support and supervise weekend care delivery in the local community Provide personal care and help clients with daily living tasks Step in and deliver care visits when needed Update care records using Birdie (our digital care system) Audit care plans and ensure everything meets CQC standards Respond to queries and emergencies during your shift Mentor and shadow new care team members Carry out administrative tasks and onboard new clients Carry out Support visits and Quality and Assurance calls ⭐️ What We’re Looking For: A positive, caring attitude and team spirit Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to stay calm and lead by example Access to your own car and valid driving licence Available to work alternate weekends ⭐️ What We Offer Clear career progression – NVQ Level 2–5 fully funded Paid induction and ongoing training Double pay on bank holidays Overtime available 30p/mile mileage from your first visit Paid waiting time between client visits Free DBS check Friendly, supportive team and regular social events Flat Rate for on-call weekends, with your hourly rate on top should you need to be in work-mode!
