Description

Custom Protective Services is seeking a security officer with an F-01 to work weekends at a corporate building in Manhattan. Shift Time: Saturday + Sunday 12 AM - 12PM Responsibilities: Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises Provide excellent customer service Must be able to stand, walk up and downstairs Adhere to all company services and operating standards Remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control, and accident investigations Qualifications and Skills: Must have a valid NYS Security License 8hr/16hr certificates F-01 Fireguard Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capable of following complex instructions Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of security operations and procedures Flexibility in schedule preferred including weekends Fireguard Starting Salary: $17.00 Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 12 hour shift, 8 hour shift Weekends Education: High school or equivalent (Required) License/Certification: NYS Guard License (Required) FO-1 (Required) Work Location: In person
