Description Job Title: Weekend Fitness Attendant Department: Wellness Center Reports to: Wellness Director Job Summary: North Ridge Country Club is seeking a professional, service-oriented Fitness Attendant to support members within the Wellness Center. This role serves as the welcoming face of the Wellness Center, delivering friendly, professional, and efficient service to both members and guests. This role requires a strong knowledge of Wellness Center operations, events, and classes to ensure accurate information is provided and inquiries are resolved promptly, while upholding the Club’s standards of hospitality and professionalism. The ideal candidate is approachable, knowledgeable, proactive, and attentive to member needs in a private club environment. Duties/Responsibilities: Cheerfully greet members, guests and staff passing through the Wellness Center lobby, with applied effort in learning both staff and members’ names Answer questions and provide accurate information about club amenities and daily activities Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Assist with Wellness Center laundry as needed Provide administrative support through special projects and tasks Maintain knowledge of club policies and procedures to answer questions and enforce facility policies in a professional and courteous manner Represent the club with a polished, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor at all times. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding club operations and member information Report maintenance or safety concerns to Wellness Leadership Promote wellness services appropriately when opportunities arise Follow all Club policies, emergency procedures, and risk management guidelines Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Prior experience in hospitality, or customer service preferred. Professional demeanor and presentation. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability. Ability to work weekends 7am - 6pm based on facility needs. Education and Experience: CPR/AED certification preferred. Experience in a private club, hospitality, or boutique fitness environment preferred. Interest in pursuing a career in fitness or wellness. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
