JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

  • Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
  • Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of retail math principles is a plus for managing inventory and sales reports.
  • Experience with stock management to ensure availability of front desk supplies.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for processing payments efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members alike.
