Caregiver Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $23 per hour for HCA and CNA caregivers * Flexible Working Hours * Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance * PTO & Sick Leave * Free continuing education training Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities: * Provide pleasant and supportive companionship * Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.) * Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks * Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals * Prepare for clients * Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members * Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Caregiver Requirements: * Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program * Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation * Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check * Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English * U.S. work authorization (Mandatory) * Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality * Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner * Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills * Physical endurance to complete required tasks If you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of seniors, we invite you to apply and join our exceptional team today!
