Job Title: Weekend On-Call Hospice RN Schedule: Friday through Sunday. 9am to 9pm (three 12s), full-time salary paid Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA or FSA plans available Mileage reimbursement of 50 cents per mile Generous PTO and holiday packages Life insurance paid by the company Disability insurance Job overview: Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On-Call RN to join our weekend team. As an On-Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients during weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care. Requirements - Active RN license in the state of OK - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, hospice preferred - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Flexibility to work on-call shifts - Specialized skills preferred in palliation and end-of-life - Reliable transportation; valid auto liability insurance and driver's license

Responsibilities

The On-Call RN will provide quality nursing care to patients during weekends and coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team. Responsibilities include administering care in patients' residences and ensuring effective communication with families and referring agencies.
