We are looking for a Weekend Receptionist for a 14 bedroom hotel based in Matlock. The applicant would be given 20 hours a week and would need to have a good understanding of using a computer.
This person must have reception experience. We use the booking system Eviivo so knowledge of this would be beneficial but not essential as full training would be provided.
Duties will involve taking reservations and enquiries over the telephone, checking guests in and out of the hotel. General administration and replying to emails. Reception also do all of the billing for the restaurant and bar.
