JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Supervisor to oversee operations during the weekend shift. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional guest services and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent guest service skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding experience for all guests.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to hiring, training, and employee relations is an advantage.
- Ability to work weekends consistently with flexibility in scheduling as required.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations on weekends, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead, motivate, and support the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Assist in training new staff members on hospitality standards and operational procedures.
- Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources effectively to meet guest needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Handle any human resources issues that may arise during the weekend shift, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and operational issues for reporting to management.
