Description Facility: Sylva Valley Health & Rehab (Skilled Nursing Facility) Schedule: Weekends only – 12-hour shifts (7a–7p and/or 7p–7a) Employment Type: Part-Time / Weekend Program Position Summary Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring a Weekend House Nurse Manager to provide strong clinical leadership and operational oversight on weekends. This role is ideal for a confident nurse leader who can support staff, manage priorities, and maintain smooth facility operations when weekday leadership is off-site.
