The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

General maintenance & repairs
Basic plumbing, electrics, painting & decorating
Furniture assembly & moving
Assisting the cleaning team with moving furniture (beds, wardrobes, etc.) to access difficult-to-reach areas for cleaning
Dealing with contractors regarding building issues
Assisting with the management of maintenance supplies
Updating work lists & taking a proactive approach to site management
