WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED TO BE A MARINA ASSISTANT?

As this role is so varied, we welcome applications from a range of backgrounds, however a short list of what you will need to be successful in this role are:
- Being computer literate
- Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Ensuring site inspections are regularly completed to keep our Marina in tip-top condition
• Supporting in the Marina office where required
• Delivering exceptional levels of Customer service to both new and existing customers
• General onsite support where required
• Taking payment for Gas and Electric charges
• Conducting Marina tours for customers
