Responsibilities Night Shift Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner (This position is for Ignite Emergency Physicians working at DVH, Independent contract with no benefits) Weekend Coverage | 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.Desert Valley HospitalIgnite Emergency is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide weekend night shift coverage. This position is ideal for a confident, autonomous provider who is comfortable managing patients in an inpatient or acute care setting during overnight hours.Position Details:• Schedule: Weekend nights only• Hours: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.• Setting: Emergency Room• Employment type: Per-Diem Qualifications • Active PA or NP license in CA• Experience in hospital medicine, emergency medicine,preferred• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the care team• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Pay Transparency Desert Valley Medical Group offers competitive compensationthat provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. s. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110-$130.00 hourly.
