SUMMARY

We are seeking a Weekend Padel Staff member to join our team at Dunham Forest Golf and Country Club in the heart of Cheshire. This role is crucial in enhancing our guests’ experience by delivering outstanding service and support during their visits.

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of Padel courts
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Manage guest inquiries and provide information about facilities
• Promote additional services through upselling techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Qualifications
• You will be required to occasionally join visitors games and so a knowledge of padel rules and the abilty to play a game is requisite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
• A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
