An opportunity has become available for a Physiotherapist looking for additional hours and grow professionally amongst a wonderful group of clinician. In this position, you will undertake duties in any clinical area as rostered by the Physiotherapy Department Head of Nepean Hospital.
The successful incumbent will participate in the provision of services to other facilities within the district as required and accept additional responsibilities as negotiated with the Physiotherapy Department Head. The position will allow you to contribute and meet the needs of staff, patients and their families whilst working in a diverse team demonstrating CORE values in providing exceptional person-centered care.
This role works across Acute Geriatric wards at Nepean Hospital every Saturday and Sunday 9:00-13:00. If this is the kind of working environment for you and the opportunity excites you, please apply now!

Responsibilities
  • Degree in Physiotherapy and Current National Physiotherapy Registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated recent experience in acute aged care.
  • Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated effective time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and demonstrated knowledge of & experience with Quality Improvement & Evidence Based Practice
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high quality clinical services in aged care.
