Description Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Racquets Maintenance Team Member to support the daily care and upkeep of our premier racquets facilities. This role is essential in ensuring our courts are safe, pristine, and consistently meet the high standards expected by our members and guests. Available Shifts Year round, Weekends Only, 6-7 hours per day AM opening shift About Our Racquets Facilities Saucon Valley Country Club offers one of the most comprehensive racquets programs in the region, including: 12 outdoor Har-Tru tennis courts 3 indoor Har-Tru tennis courts 1 outdoor hard tennis court 7 pickleball courts 4 lit pickleball courts at the Indoor Tennis Center 3 additional courts located at the Summer Tennis Shop 4 platform tennis courts A cozy platform tennis warming hut with picturesque court views 1 practice backboard Responsibilities Perform daily maintenance of racquet courts, including sweeping, lining, and ensuring nets are properly tensioned and in excellent condition Inspect court surfaces regularly and address issues such as cracks, water damage, and general wear and tear Coordinate deep cleaning, seasonal preparation, and repairs with the management team Maintain cleanliness of court surroundings, seating areas, and viewing galleries Support tournament play, events, and programs to ensure courts meet all standards and regulations Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and maintenance tools Deliver excellent service by responding promptly and professionally to member needs, feedback, or concerns Requirements Prior experience in landscaping, facility maintenance, or sports facility care is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on physical work Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Basic knowledge of racquet court maintenance is helpful, but not required (training provided) Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Saucon Valley Country Club believes in a diverse workforce and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Responsibilities
