Burleigh Beach Tower Resort is seeking a casual ALLROUNDER to cover FRIDAYS & WEEKENDS as Front Office Receptionist & 2 WEEKDAYS as Grounds person/Maintenance FOR IMMEDIATE START.

FRONT OFFICE RECEPTION, required Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays from 9am - 12pm.

  • You will be responsible for: The check-in and check-out of guests
  • Providing high-quality customer service & a friendly welcoming manner to all guests & residents.
  • Ensuring booking details are complete and always correct.
  • Liaising with housekeeping & maintenance team.

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Be available to work weekends & public holidays. Also cover for other staff members annual leave/sick leave.
  • High standard of computer literacy.
  • Have Experience in a Resort/Holiday Accommodation environment. Training will be provided.
  • Have Experience using Resly or similar PMS.

GROUNDS PERSON/MAINTENANCE, required 2 weekdays per week 7am - 1pm.

  • Role includes Pool/Spa cleaning & maintenance, gardening, cleaning of common areas, attending to apartment Maintenance requirements, etc.
  • This role will also include some heavy lifting and moving of industrial bins.

This position will require someone that can fulfil both roles. They must show ability to work unsupervised, be proactive, punctual & reliable. Great hourly rate + super. If you think this ALLROUNDER position would suit you, we would LOVE to hear from you!

Pay: $31.00 – $53.00 per hour
