Overview Friday, Saturday, Sunday (12 hours) finish up Monday morning (4 hours). Mostly admissions. 3 admits Friday, 3 Saturday and 3 Sunday and then Monday mornings to finish paperwork and once a month nurse meeting. Also on call for the weekend. The Registered Nurse Admissions within scope of practice, coordinates input of evaluations, assessments and/or care plan process data. Maintains compliance in accordance with current practice standards, physician’s orders, agency policies and procedures, and local, state and federal regulations. This position is also accountable for the delivery of professional nursing services, within the scope of the professional’s education and experience, in compliance with corporate standards, federal, and state laws. About You Registered Nurse Minimum one year experience in providing home health or hospice nursing preferred Ability to form relationships and maintain rapport with patients, families, and referral sources. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
