POSITION OVERVIEW:

Dunsire Developments is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Weekend Sales Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, you will embody our brand and values, delivering a “WOW” experience that prioritizes client service. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with clients will be key in providing a lasting first impression and an exceptional home-buying journey.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Welcome each client to the sales office with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and informed during their visit.
  • Team Support: Assist the Sales Representative in daily responsibilities and operations, contributing to a collaborative and effective team environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and floorplans to confidently address client inquiries and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure each client receives an exceptional home-buying experience, addressing their needs and concerns with attentiveness and care.
  • Communication: Utilize exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and relay important information.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization in managing client interactions, appointments, and documentation, particularly for compliance-related tasks.
