Job Details Job Location: BMSC - Coppell, TX 75019 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: 3rd Shift Friday-Sunday Position Summary Responsible for accurately pulling components and Work orders to support the Production Schedule. Kitting and identifying the work orders as they are completed so Production Material handler can identify and locate the appropriate production line. Responsibilities and Essential Duties Complete a hand written Daily Forklift Checklist before the start of each shift. Required to operate forklift trucks and/or pallet jacks in a safe, efficient manner. Will be required to pass company certification training for company equipment within 90 days. Must be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times by following the GMP and SOP guidelines. Follow and abide by the Company Employee Manual at all times. Maintain regular and punctual attendance daily. Pull Finished Goods work orders in an accurate and timely manner from locations using scanner equipment. Ensure Finished Goods work orders are palletized and placed together, ensuring each pallet is identified with WO #, and total pallet quantity. Move newly received items from floor to rack locations using the scanner equipment. Process production work order returns to rack locations using scanner equipment. May be asked to serve on various committees for Safety, Health, and Environmental areas. Ability to perform accurate and timely cycle counts on component inventory when required. Assist other warehouse personnel in daily cleaning operations. Complete other duties as assigned by the warehouse Supervisor or Manager. Qualifications Qualifications Technical Skills Required Ability to read and understand formulas, procedures, and SOPs. Able to understand and operate Scan equipment. Strong math and computer skills. Accurate and legible record keeping skills. Excellent attention to detail. Experience with different types of scales for weighing. Ability to convert from pounds to kilograms and vice versa accurately. Able to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis. Ability, and desire, to cross train in other similar functions in the Supply Chain Department. Ability to work with little direct supervision to accomplish assigned tasks Experience Required High School Diploma or GED. Certified to operate material handling equipment, and the ability to be recertified at requested OSHA intervals. Physical Requirements Regularly sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to sit, balance, climb, stand, bend, squat, squeeze, kneel, turn, crouch, and stoop repeatedly. Physically able to lift 75 pounds and manipulate up to a 500-pound drum on a regular basis. Frequent exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, heavy machinery, fumes, or airborne particles. Prolonged use of computer screen and/or scan gun.
Responsibilities
