Weekend Shift Manager – MCPH Manor Farm, Shercock, Co. Cavan Weekend Shift: Saturday – Tuesday (4 x 10-hour shifts) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Weekend Shift Manager to lead operations within our Main Cut Pack Hall (MCPH). You’ll take full responsibility for your shift, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards while delivering on KPIs. This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive performance, develop your team, and champion continuous improvement across the operation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day production operations on your shift Deliver production targets, maximise productivity and minimise downtime Ensure GMP, quality, and food safety standards are consistently met Monitor and improve KPIs across performance, cost, and efficiency Manage labour, staffing levels, and cost controls Drive a strong health & safety and compliance culture Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supervisors and Operators Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across the unit What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG / food production Experience in live or food production operations preferred Degree (or equivalent) in food, production, or management discipline Strong leadership and people management skills Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement principles Excellent communication and decision-making ability Why Join Us?
