JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a confident and personable individual to provide weekend cover at site events. In this client facing role you will represent both our company and our developer clients, offering a warm and knowledgeable presence to visitors and prospective home buyers.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in estate agency or new home sales would be an advantage but not necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available to travel to various sites as required
• Confident, friendly and professional communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and explain key service offerings
• Reliable, punctual and well represented

• Attend New Home site events at weekends to represent our company and clients.
• Engage with visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Clearly explain the benefits of our client’s Part Exchange and Assisted sales schemes
• Answer general questions about our services and guide potential customers through the options available
• Act as liaison between our team and the site team to ensure a smooth, informed customer experience.
