Supervise nursing staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (therapy, nursing, dietary) to support care planning and outcomes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulatory standards and prepare the unit for surveys. Coordinate admissions, transitions, and discharge planning for residents. Monitor resident condition, clinical documentation, and care outcomes for continuous quality improvement. Promote a positive, accountable culture focused on safety, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.
