As an Operations Coordinator, you will be delivering superior value to our clients with the main objective to grow accounts. We’re looking for a dependable, proactive Support Coordinator (Saturday–Monday) to join our Operations Team, with the flexibility of a hybrid part time role. You’ll help keep Australia’s freight moving over the weekend, supporting customers, monitoring jobs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly into the week. This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving problems, is confident on the phone, and likes working independently while still being part of a close, supportive team. What You’ll Be Doing Provide operational coverage from Saturday to Monday, 9am–6pm (AEDT) Monitor active transport jobs and assist customers to keep loads moving Communicate with shippers and carriers by phone and email to resolve issues Escalate urgent matters and record weekend updates for the weekday team Support the Operations team with admin and coordination tasks What We’re Looking For You’re confident speaking on the phone and enjoy helping people You’re organised, dependable, and comfortable working independently on weekends You can stay calm under pressure and think quickly to solve problems You enjoy being part of a team and learning as you go Bonus: Experience in logistics, admin, or customer service is a plus Why Choose Loadshift?: At Loadshift, we don't just value our employees - we celebrate them.
