This role involves working with our senior residents to facilitate recreational therapy and activities during weekends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors through engaging and meaningful activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and implementing recreational activities for senior residents. - Support residents in participating in various activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment. - Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction and engagement. - Collaborate with the activities team to develop new programs that cater to the interests and needs of residents. - Maintain a clean and organized activity space, ensuring all materials are readily available.
