Heidelberg Materials Australia is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of heavy building materials to the construction industry. We produce aggregates, including crushed rock, sand, gravel and road base from a number of locations in across Australia. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional Weighbridge Operator/Administrator to join our Diggers Rest Quarry team.
This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday with regular Saturday work required, RDO’s and overtime.
Will train the right candidate.

In your new role with us, you will:

  • Operate weighbridge
  • Point of contact for customers and visitors
  • Provide high level customer service to our valued customer base
  • Support a range of ad hoc admin requests for the site
  • Delivery scheduling and truck allocation

  • Have high attention to detail in work output
  • Have the ability to multi-task and good time management skills
  • Are a team player and hold a high regard for safety policies and procedures
  • Enjoy contributing to a productive team environment to achieve results
  • Have a background in Freight, Allocation or Logistics (ideal but not essential)
  • Experience in SAP would be advantageous
  • Computer skills & experience necessary
  • Strong communication skills

What we offer:

  • From $33.73/hour plus penalty rates, plus super
  • Monday to Friday 5:45am – 4:00pm
  • When required, Saturday mornings 5:45am – 12:00pm midday
  • All PPE and uniforms provided
