Job Description Pay Rate: $16.85 per hour Shift Hours: 10PM-6AM + OT (Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am) Workers are responsible for advancing product along the conveyor line, recording the weight into the system, and labeling the package Once weighed and labeled the workers are responsible for packing the product into boxes. Qualifications Good communication, interpersonal skills, and work well with others Read and write numbers, good math skills, and communication skills Able to work in 28ºF cold environment Must be able to stand or walk for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floor Must be able to lift up to 10+ LBS Maintain management standards.
