岗位要求： 1. 根据生产计划积极完成当日的生产任务 2. 根据工艺要求与质量标准安全文明生产 3.设备点检及设备的日常维护与保养； 4.5S执行与落实； 5.生产过程中的异常上报； 6.完成领班/主管安排的其他工作任务, 7.能看懂简单的装配图纸、工艺指导书（或有学习能力）；任职资格： 1.初中及以上学历 2.踏实肯干、态度端正、有责任心、服从上级领导的工作安排； 3. 严格遵守安全操作规程，执行标准化作业，有个人作业安全管理意识； 4. 有机械组装经验者优先。 We are Weir.
