The Welbe Advocate III is accountable for supporting a key function within the Welbe Advocate Hub based on assignment as needed. A Welbe Advocate III may be assigned to support either inbound, external scheduling, or medical records. This role is also accountable for working with the Hub Training Team to mentor new hires, and for providing process change feedback for testing new processes and systems.

  • Must be willing and able to work onsite at various Southern California (SoCal) locations as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in working as a medical/dental scheduler or other relevant work experience
  • Experience in working in large healthcare settings or systems preferred

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $23.23 - $30.66 hourly + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Communicate notifications to participants related to their scheduled specialty referrals, following departmental protocols
  • Process all assigned orders for completion and accuracy for “Hub Triage”
  • Oversee appointment confirmations and reminders, updating appointments as needed
  • Conduct bulk external scheduling via email and phone
  • Coordinate participant appointment scheduling, including troubleshooting conflicts or urgent needs, communicating with stakeholders (staff, family, providers etc.), and meeting appointment turnaround time
  • Coordinates STAT and SD STAT order scheduling, including reviewing and processing orders (Hub triage) for assigned center(s)
