Purpose of Role Monitor the front driveway to ensure a smooth flow of traffic (vehicle and pedestrian). Responsible for providing an inviting and fun welcome and farewell to all guests entering/leaving the hotel. Assist both arriving and departing guests with storage luggage handling to and from their rooms. Welcome Ambassador needs to fulfil and responsible to perform in the Airport daily operation. Responsible for welcoming/escorting/farewell guest at the airport who have requested hotel livery service. Assist guest with any assistance they may need at airport. Provide Whatever/Whenever service to guests to ensure that they have a memorable experience with us.  Responsibly Description - Welcome and Farewell to guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner.  - Seek out and take advantage of opportunities to WOW guests.  - Recognize visiting regular guests and WIPs. - Help with request and organise of taxis or Hotel Transportation for guests. - Escort guests to various places around the hotel.  Introduce self in the meantime and offer W’s Whatever/Whenever service. - Assist guest belonging luggage at 10F to ensure Welcome Desk would able to operate check in/ out smoothly during pick hour.  - Create WOW moments for arriving guest by starting their W experience during their arrival at the airport.  - Wait for the guest after the flight has landed with the Brand Approved, clean and well maintained Welcome Board easily visible for guests departing from the gate. - Ensure all guests names are spelt correctly and are easy to read from a distance.      At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
