If so, the Montachusett Community Branch & Leominster Community Branch YMCA is looking for you to join our Welcome Center team. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal/ human relations skills, including the ability to establish and maintain a positive work environment with staff, volunteers, and members and the ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner. Under the supervision of the Membership and Wellness Directors, this position’s primary responsibility is for delivering the highest level of member service and telephone reception. The position is also responsible for building security and computer-related financial transactions. The candidate must also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail and must be dependable. This position works shifts at both the Montachusett Community Branch YMCA in Fitchburg and Leominster Community Branch YMCA in Leominster. Qualifications: A minimum of a high school diploma and/or 12 months of customer service experience Exceptional human relations and interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to service Ability to successfully multi-task Able to work both Fitchburg & Leominster locations Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Hiring for Nights and Weekends Pay: $15.00/hour.
